“It’s the best time to expand our selection,” says Mike Gayoso, F&B Manager. “In place of our former set lunch, we now offer a lunchtime buffet that is perfect for a working lunch or for executives on-the-go,” he continues.
Executive Sous Chef Jade Burden adds that guests can look forward to delectable entrees of seafood and beef/pork/chicken, as well as soups and salads that would surely delight even the most discerning palates. The lunch buffet is available Monday to Saturday at only Php499 nett.

“Theme Nights” for dinner will continue due to their success, says Gayoso. Seafood is the highlight on Friday with salmon and blue crabs, among others; and BBQ, on Saturday. The dinner buffet is available Monday to Saturday at Php599 nett.

Sundays combine breakfast and lunchtime favorites on the“Brunch Buffet” available from 11 am to 2 pm. “Hotel guests have an excellent reason to wake up later than usual as we offer a grand selection of international and regional classics beginning 11 am,” says Gayoso. The brunch is PhP599 per person, with an acoustic guitar performer to enhance the ambiance.

Gayoso also mentions Seda Centrio’s drink of the month, “Seda Colada”, a coconut- based, refreshing drink with a Bacardi base (also available as an alcohol-free “mocktail”) available up to the end of August, for only PhP399. As a bonus, the drink comes with a free cuddly stuffed toy poodle named “Koko”.
Those looking for a great place for a stay-cation can avail of Seda Centrio’s special room rates for all its room categories from August 24 to 29, 2015 in time for the Higalaay Festival.
