Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) cited its top sales performers for 2015 in Northern Mindanao in fab rites celebrated last Feb. 10, 2016 at Limketkai Luxe Hotel, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City.
The hardworking and dedicated Filinvest NorthMin sales network from Filinvest Homes Butuan, Villa San Ignacio Zamboanga and One Oasis Cagayan de Oro parading during the Filinvest Sales Festival for 2015 held at Luxe Hotel in CDO.
Filinvest Northern Mindanao covers its projects in Cagayan de Oro City, Butuan City and Zamboanga City under Area Manager Ma. Arabelle Solidum.
Top FLI officials led by Visayas Mindanao 1st Vice President Tristan L. Las Marias flew in to honor the top performers. Also present were Roberto Arcebal, Jr., Area Cluster Head and Regina F. Nava, Sales Admin Head.
Full force at the Sales Festival is the Filinvest Sales Management team for Northern Mindanao.

Recognized as the Top Broker for One Oasis, FLI’s flagship project in Cagayan de Oro City was Leuterio Realty & Brokerage represented by REB Anthony Leuterio. 2nd Top Broker was CLM Realty represented by REB Faida Cosain and 3rd Top Broker was JCA Realty led by Real Estate Consultant Edward V.Argayoso. For individual awards, Ruby Ruvina Hamilton (Leuterio Realty) was cited as the Top Sales Agent for One Oasis CDO, followed by Lydia G. Dulzura (CLM Realty) and Mary Jane V. Villono (JCA Realty).
Leuterio Realty made it a double for the year as it was also Top Broker for Filinvest Homes Butuan (FHB) with Analyn A. Estrera (Leuterio Realty & Brokerage) as Top Sales Agent for the said project.

In the In-House Sales Category, Shade Masiar was cited as the Top Sales Managerand Rizalyn O. Montalban as the Top Sales Consultant for One Oasis CDO. Leila Tatad was recognized as the Top Sales Manager and Levety C. Navarro as the Top In-house seller.
For overall performance covering the entire North-Mindanao Region, Villa San Ignacio in Zamboanga City made a clean sweep of the Top Broker from NMA Real Estate Services and individual awards were given to sellers led by Nelson Fabius B. Antatico (NMA Realty), followed by Daphne Dawn G. Lazardo (PPF Realty) and Lord Raymund S. Pamotongan (NMA Realty).
For his exemplary performance, REB Nelson M. Antatico made it to the elite Millionaires Club 2015 Annual Awards, while REBs Nelson Fabius B. Antatico, REB Lord Raymund S. Pamotongan, and REB Daphne Dawn L. Abduhalim are joining the Group Tour to Japan as winners of the HMO Winners 2015 Annual Awards (Trip to Japan/HMO Claim Certificate).
