The Glass Noodles Seafood with Tofu in Coconut Milk Kaffir Lime Soup is a Thai-style soup that captured the judges’ attention and taste buds during the recently concluded Food Solution Elite Chef Challenge 2016, by no less than Limketkai Luxe’s Sous Chef Benjie Gaviola who was declared Champion during the Chefmanship.
