Agoda.com is an accommodation booking site which offers its service in 38 languages and includes various types of accommodations in its inventory, from hotels and B&Bs to beach resorts, rest houses and home stays. Seda Centrio has earned a “Fantastic” 8.6 rating on the site based on 303 reviews.
Basic to the lofty ranking of Seda Centrio in both sites are its seemingly effortless seamless fusion of style, comfort and value, hence the name “Seda”(Spanish for silk).
And high up in the raves and reviews posted by delighted guests to the hotel are its 150 guest rooms which have consistently delivered “the best feelings in the world as you fall asleep in style and comfort.”

The hotel has 150 guest rooms, 100 of which are deluxe rooms, 36 club rooms and 14 premier suite rooms. Deluxe and Club rooms are both sized at 28 square meters (sq.m.) while Premier Suite Rooms are larger at 35 sq.m.
Although deluxe and club rooms offer the same amenities, club and premier guests have exclusive access to the Club Lounge at the 11th floor which offers extra privacy, Apple workstations, WiFi and perks like afternoon tea from 2-4PM, cocktails from 5-7PM, and a separate breakfast from guests from deluxe rooms.

Nevertheless, all 150 guest rooms are well appointed with 40-inch LED HDTV with Cable TV, a media panel with HDMI, USB and AVI connectivity, a phone with ipod dock and FM stereo, complimentary wireless or wired internet access, mini bar and coffee and tea making facilities, executive writing desk and in-room safe
A guest commented, “You can integrate your gadgets with the rooms TV and sound system. It has all the basic inputs. You can even charge and play your music from your ipod and iphone.”
Deluxe Room with King Bed
Another remarked, “The working area provided all the input jacks for all kinds of data and audio connections. Lots of power and USB outlets too, including power outlets on both sides of the bed.”
And perhaps the best from a guest from nearby Cebu: “Must mention this, the INTERNET was the best in the country, high speed, no drop outs, amazingly fast, fast we all loved it. Enough said, if you cannot be happy here you really should not travel!”
Services include in-room dining, in-room massage, complimentary WiFi, laundry and dry cleaning, airport and city transfers, baby sitting service.
Remarked a visitor from Sydney, Australia in a review on TripAdvisor: “This is a small hotel but it ticks all the boxes, a boutique hotel, excellent location and quality service. We opted for a room with club access, it was worth it. Gym was well equipped. Location is excellent, and because it is adjoined to the mall, we had multiple options for food and shopping. Despite being next to the mall, it remains private, and very secure. Rooms are well appointed and cozy. Friendly staff throughout our stay,”

Said a visitor from England: “My room was the club room mine being on the business lounge level, the lounge is nice and you can get drinks and snacks most of the day as well as TV and computer’ the room has nice views over the city to the bay. The bedroom was fine not very big but sufficient with a desk and Wi-Fi included. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom small but very nice with a lovely shower.”
