One Oasis CDO, the very first resort-themed, mid-rise condo development of Filinvest in Cagayan de Oro City, recently held the topping off ceremony for its Building 1, the first of five in the Asian-Balinese inspired 2.7-hectare complex development.
During the topping off ceremony it was revealed that One Oasis CDO’s amenities will be upgraded namely; increase in the size of the swimming pool, upgrading of the open basketball court to a covered play area and enhancing the development works with additional greenery.

Unit owners were also happy to know that they already enjoyed an 8% increase in their investments. Building 1 turnover is expected on the third quarter of 2015.
