U.S. certified fitness nutritionist Nadine Tengco can be described as “sexy at any age” because at 48 years old, her slender figure looks like that of a woman half her age.
Tengco became well-known as resident food coach in Biggest Loser Philippines seasons 1 and 2. She is also the diet coach of top celebrities Anne Curtis, KC Concepcion, Iza Calzado, Solenn Heusaff, Georgina Wilson, Isabelle Daza, Dawn Zulueta, Julia Barretto, news anchor Karen Davila and heartthrob John Lloyd Cruz.
